Following up this article.. 3 cracks found in a channel box of reactor4 pool fuel / Tepco “since 1982″ → Cracks not even rusted

On 1/30/2014, Tepco released 5 videos of their investigating the disfigured fuel assembly in SFP4.

They state the assembly was damaged in 1982, not due to the recent fuel removing operation in the pool.
