Mike is the name and well awakened to the Fukushima Global Catastrophe. Didnt think much of the implications until an an aquaintence on the internet showed me the hard facts with his intelligence and wisdom since around October 12. Resides between West Palm and Boca Raton Florida.

I have just recently started monitoring Radiation in Central Ohio using a Mazur PMR-9000. What a fantastic G-counter. One can use Tera Term app do download logs in csv format and chart the readings in Excell.
I m also contemplating registering with NETC or other sites for continuous monitoring. Don't have a computer for that activity yet.
For now, I am glad to report CPM bellow 60.

Can't say what the background radiation in Ohio was before FukGoop happened. Right here, right now it's been averaging 50CPM in Central Ohio. I am somewhat concerned about NETC.com readings which seems to be 3x levels I found.
